Dear Baseball Fan and Potential Supporter,

     My name is Dean Dease and I have been the baseball coach at Orange High School for the past 20 years.  The Orange High Baseball Team is busy preparing for its upcoming season, which begins in February.  We will play over 40 games on our field in 2008.

     I would like to offer you an opportunity to advertise your business.  Six years ago the baseball program began advertising businesses with outfield fence signs much like they do in minor league and major league ballparks.  We feel your business sign would add to our ballpark and we encourage you to be a part of our team.  We will also list your business as one of our sponsors on our website www.orangepanthersbaseball.com

     Our goal is to raise money for our baseball team and facility.  We have one of the finest high school ballparks in the state.  We would like to make it the premier high school baseball facility in the state.  We must raise most of our own money for renovations.  Our plan is to make improvements to our facility each year.  Over the past few years we have added a brick wall and backstop, improved our outfield fence, added underground irrigation and built a new storage shed.  We have even bigger plans for the future.

     The initial fee is $400.00, which includes our cost for the sign and hanging the sign.  Your sign would be highly visible to all of our parents and fans.  All we need is the information for your sign.  Once your sign is in place it will remain throughout the spring and summer.  There will be an annual $100.00 fee to renew your sign on our fence.

     We are expanding our scoreboard for advertising with permanent metal signs placed in highly visible areas around the scoreboard.  There will be limited space (6 signs) in this area but these signs will be noticed most frequently.  The price for these signs is $600.00 and $200.00 to renew each year. 

Our prices are:

Fence sign for your business = $400.00 for the first year.

Renewal sign contract for the next season = $100.00.

Scoreboard sign for your business = $600.00

            Please note that the sign will be in the outfield so large graphics are best.
